Site Nav Corp. (“Site Nav Corp.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides SiteNav, an AI-powered construction management and job-site safety platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website, platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services and how your organization configures SiteNav. We may collect the following categories of information:
3.1 Account and Contact Information

- Account profile details and preferences;
- Billing and administrative contact information.
3.2 Construction Project and Workforce Information
- Project names, locations, schedules, and related project details;
- Workforce rosters, roles, assignments, and crew information;
- Subcontractor and vendor information related to a project.
3.3 Worker Check-In/Check-Out and Attendance Records
- Time and attendance records, including check-in/check-out times;
- Site access logs and shift information;
- Information used to verify that a worker is authorized to be on a particular site or area.
3.4 QR-Code Identification and Credentials
- QR codes or similar identifiers used to identify workers, visitors, equipment, or access points;
- Construction credentials, including Site Safety Training (SST) and other safety credentials, certifications, and licenses;
- Badge numbers, ID numbers, or other identifiers used for access control and compliance tracking.
3.5 Electronic Signatures and Uploaded Documents
- Electronic signatures used to sign forms, acknowledgments, permits, or other documents within the Services;
- Uploaded documents, plans, permits, reports, incident logs, safety plans, and related records.
3.6 Photographs, Videos, and Camera Imagery
- Photographs and videos captured or uploaded through the Services, including images of workers, equipment, and job-site conditions;
- Live and recorded construction-site camera imagery, including fixed cameras, mobile devices, and other video sources integrated with the Services.
3.7 AI Analysis and Derived Information
Information derived from AI-powered analysis of photos, videos, documents, and construction information, such as:
- Detection of safety risks, unsafe behaviors, or hazardous conditions;
- Identification of missing or improper safety equipment (e.g., PPE);
- Analytics, alerts, and reports generated by our AI models.
3.8 Facial Recognition, Facial Verification, and Biometric Information (When Enabled)
When enabled by an authorized customer and permitted by applicable law, the Services may support optional features that use facial recognition, facial verification, or other biometric identifiers to help verify identity, manage access control, or support safety and compliance workflows. These features are only used when:
- They are explicitly enabled and configured by an authorized customer organization; and
- The customer has determined that such use complies with applicable law and any required notices or consents have been obtained.
Biometric-related information may include facial templates or similar biometric identifiers derived from images or video. We do not use biometric information for general marketing purposes or to build profiles unrelated to the authorized safety, access, or workforce management purposes.
3.9 Location Information and GPS/Geofencing (When Permitted)
With appropriate permissions, we may collect:
- Approximate or precise location information from devices used to access the Services;
- Location data used for geofencing, site entry/exit detection, or verifying presence within a defined area;
- Location-related logs used for safety, access control, and workforce management.
You can typically control location permissions through your device or browser settings. If you disable location services, certain features of the Services may not function properly.
3.10 Device and Technical Information
- Device identifiers, operating system, browser type, and settings;
- IP address, date and time of access, and referring URLs;
- Usage information about how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, and performance data;
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics.
3.11 Communications and Customer Support Information
- Content of communications you send to us, such as emails, chat messages, or form submissions;
- Information you provide when you request support, training, or other assistance;
